Refund Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. However, due to the nature of international coordination (hospital bookings, university admissions, and cargo logistics), certain costs are non-refundable once committed to our global partners.

2. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that international bank transfer fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.

3. How to Request

To initiate a refund request, please send an email to billing@equatorbridges.com with your Transaction ID and a detailed explanation for the cancellation.
